Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Unboring (unboring.work), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unboring Work LLC ("Unboring," "we," "us," or "our").
Description of Service
Unboring is a networking timing coach that helps you stay connected with your professional network. The service includes:
- Importing and storing your professional contacts
- Monitoring news and signals about your contacts
- Sending discovery emails when timing is right to reach out
- Generating outreach strategies using AI
- Drafting personalized messages using AI
- Tracking your networking activity
Eligibility
To use Unboring, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
By using Unboring, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
Account Creation
- You must provide a valid email address
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must not share your account with others
Account Accuracy
- You agree to provide accurate information
- You agree to update information if it changes
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Unboring for spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Upload malicious content or code
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Scrape or automate access to the service
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Impersonate others
- Interfere with the operation of the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- Use the service to harm or deceive others
You agree to:
- Use the service for legitimate professional networking
- Respect the privacy of your contacts
- Comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Take responsibility for messages you send using Unboring
Your Data
Ownership
- You retain ownership of your data (contacts, notes, etc.)
- You grant us a license to use your data to provide the service
License Grant
By using Unboring, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Store and process your data
- Use your data to generate strategies and drafts
- Send your data to third-party services (AI, email) as needed
Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload
- You represent that you have the right to upload contact data
- You are responsible for how you use generated content
AI-Generated Content
Strategies and Drafts
Unboring uses artificial intelligence to generate:
- Outreach strategies
- Message drafts
- Contact insights
Important Disclaimers:
- Review Before Sending: AI-generated content may contain errors. Always review and edit before sending.
- No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that following strategies or using drafts will lead to responses, opportunities, or any specific outcome.
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for messages you send. Unboring provides suggestions; you decide what to send.
- Accuracy: AI may produce inaccurate information about contacts, companies, or situations. Verify important facts.
Subscription and Payments
Free Tier
- Limited features and usage
- May be modified or discontinued
Paid Subscriptions (Pro, Unlimited)
- Billed monthly or annually
- Auto-renews until cancelled
- Prices may change with notice
Payment Processing
- Payments processed by Stripe
- You agree to Stripe's terms of service
- You authorize recurring charges
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- Access continues until end of billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
Refund Policy
- If you're unhappy within your first 14 days, email us for a full refund
- After 14 days, no refunds for partial billing periods
- Annual subscriptions: no refunds after 14 days
Failed Payments
- If payment fails, we may suspend access
- We will attempt to notify you before suspension
Token System
How Tokens Work
- Tokens are used to generate strategies and drafts
- Token balances reset monthly (depending on plan)
- Tokens cannot be transferred or sold
- Unused tokens may or may not roll over (depending on plan)
Earn-Back
- You may earn tokens back by completing actions (e.g., "I sent it")
- Earn-back rates may change
No Monetary Value
- Tokens have no cash value
- Tokens cannot be refunded or exchanged
Intellectual Property
Our Content
- Unboring's code, design, logos, and content are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
Your Content
- You retain rights to your data
- AI-generated drafts are yours to use as you wish
Feedback
- If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without compensation
Third-Party Services
Unboring integrates with third-party services:

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
We do not warrant that:
- The service will meet your requirements
- Results will be accurate or reliable
- Errors will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Unboring Work LLC shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the service
Maximum Liability:
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or
- $100 USD
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unboring Work LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload or messages you send
Modifications to Service
We may:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Change pricing with notice
- Update these Terms
Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Termination
By You
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in abusive behavior
- Fail to pay
- For any reason with 30 days notice
Effect of Termination
- Access to the service ends immediately
- Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
- Provisions that should survive will survive (e.g., liability, indemnification)
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@unboring.work and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unboring.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
No Agency
Nothing creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
